Online through Microsoft Teams, Zoom or another agreed platform, or in-person by arrangement.

30 to 60 minutes

A typical presentation lasts between 30 and 60 minutes and includes time for questions.

Adapted to the audience

The organiser can tell us about the audience, their main concerns and any topics they would particularly like covered.

Need help with a specific problem?

The awareness session is completely free and there is no obligation to purchase anything.

After the presentation, attendees may ask general questions or request a free initial consultation about a computer, Wi-Fi, device, account or other technology issue.

Where appropriate, we can provide a quotation for further support, either at the venue, through a home visit, by device drop-off or by video call.

Any repair, account access or paid support is agreed separately and is subject to our normal identity, ownership, quotation and terms-of-service checks.

Optional help after the presentation

Subject to availability and agreement with the organiser, we may remain at the venue after an in-person presentation to answer individual questions and provide short consultations.

Where a suitable issue can be assessed or resolved safely at the venue, we may offer a quotation for support at that time.

Reduced rates may occasionally be available where work can be completed efficiently during the same visit. Any price will be explained and agreed before paid work begins.

What attendees receive

  • practical guidance they can use immediately;
  • a simple takeaway checklist or summary;
  • details of where to seek help;
  • contact information for optional follow-up support;
  • an opportunity to ask questions.
