Indicative pricing
Clear, fair IT support pricing
Choose remote support, a local home visit or device drop-off. We will explain the likely cost before paid work begins and ask for approval before carrying out significant additional work.

Package conditions
- Half-day and full-day bookings must be agreed in advance.
- The booking covers one customer or organisation and the agreed location or remote arrangement.
- Standard local travel is included for onsite bookings within the published service area.
- Client-retained parts, equipment, licences, subscriptions and third-party services are separate.
- The package covers the agreed period, not a guaranteed number of completed tasks.
- Priorities should be agreed before or at the start of the booking.
- Work that cannot safely or reasonably be completed within the booked period may require a further appointment.
- Additional time is subject to availability and must be agreed separately.
- Cancellation terms apply because a substantial block of time has been reserved.
- Business-critical, specialist or unusually complex work may require a separate quotation.
Before confirming the booking, we will discuss the work you would like completed and whether a half-day, full-day or separately quoted service is the most appropriate option.
Special offer follow-up
Individual support after a free group session
Where agreed with the organiser, attendees at one of our free in-person awareness sessions may be able to request short individual consultations immediately after the presentation.
Special event rate: £15 per 15-minute block
- subject to available time;
- available only immediately following the relevant session;
- no separate call-out charge while support is provided at the event venue;
- each additional 15-minute block must be agreed;
- parts, licences and third-party services are separate;
- larger or more complex work will be quoted for a later appointment;
- identity and ownership checks still apply;
- support involving private or sensitive information may need a separate appointment.
The special rate applies only to support provided during the agreed follow-up period at the event venue. Work requiring more time, additional equipment or a private setting can be quoted separately.
Request a free group sessionRegular or multi-device support
If you need support for several devices, several people or recurring business requirements, we can provide a combined quotation based on the expected workload.
This may be more efficient than booking each item separately, particularly where work can be completed during the same visit.
- several computers at one location;
- new-user or new-device setup;
- office moves;
- Microsoft 365 or email configuration;
- Wi-Fi and network improvements;
- staff guidance;
- recurring small-business support.
Any reduced or combined pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
Discuss business supportNo fix, no fee on selected services
For eligible diagnosis and software-support services, you will not pay the labour charge if we cannot identify the cause of the agreed issue or provide the agreed resolution.
A clear diagnosis, recommendation or confirmation that replacement hardware or specialist support is required may count as completed work.
Our diagnostic software and hardware are included in the agreed support price. Parts, replacement hardware, licences, subscriptions, specialist recovery, third-party services and support outside our normal area are quoted or charged separately where they need to remain with, or be provided directly to, the customer.
Read the Terms of ServiceQuotes and additional work
A quote is a fixed price for the stated scope, subject to any assumptions or exclusions shown.
An estimate is an indication of likely cost and may change if additional faults or requirements are identified.
We will ask for approval before carrying out material additional work, ordering significant parts or exceeding an agreed spending limit.
Parts, third-party costs and payment
Software and hardware we use to analyse, diagnose and fix issues are part of the agreed support price. Replacement parts, new equipment, licences, subscriptions, manufacturer services and specialist third-party work required for the customer to keep or continue using are not included unless expressly stated.
These costs will be explained and approved before they are incurred.
Payment is normally due when the work is completed or before a repaired device is returned, unless another arrangement has been agreed. Advance payment may be required for parts, licences, specialist services or special-order items.

FAQ
Pricing questions
Will I know the cost before work begins?
We will explain the charge or charging basis before paid work begins. Where diagnosis reveals additional work, we will ask before continuing.
Can several people or devices be handled together?
Yes. We can provide a combined quotation where several items can be assessed or supported efficiently during the same visit.
When is a half-day or full-day booking worthwhile?
These options are most suitable where you have several devices, several users or a planned list of tasks. We will discuss the likely workload before confirming whether a package offers good value.
Are parts included?
Tools, software and hardware we use to analyse, diagnose and fix issues are included in the agreed support price. Parts, equipment, licences, subscriptions or third-party services that need to remain with the customer are explained and approved separately.
What if my problem cannot be fixed?
Selected diagnosis and software-support services may qualify for no fix, no fee. Call-out charges and separately approved costs may still apply.
Can you help outside your normal area?
Yes. Contact us with your location and we will confirm availability and price before booking.
Does a day booking guarantee that everything will be completed?
The booking reserves the agreed amount of time rather than guaranteeing completion of every task. We will agree priorities and explain if any work requires parts, specialist services or a further appointment.
Are parts included in half-day and full-day prices?
Our diagnostic tools are included. Parts, equipment, licences, subscriptions and third-party services that need to remain with the customer are quoted separately.
Is pricing different for businesses?
Straightforward work may use the standard published rates. Larger, recurring or business-critical requirements will normally be quoted according to scope.
Not sure which type of support you need?
Tell us what is happening, which device or service is affected and where you are located. We will recommend the most suitable support route and explain the likely cost.
